Recommended machining values:
- range of feed value per blade fz=0,025-0,15
- range of cutting rate value v=70-200 m/min
- maximum cutting depth apmax=34 mm
- maximum rotational speed nmax=500 rpm.
Practical recommendations:
- inserts should be fixed in sockets with a plastic hammer
- milling cutter should be used in Clamping system - Workpiece - Tool systems with high
rigidity
- apply in-cut milling with abundant cooling medium feed
- milling cutter works best at big cutting depths and large sections of layer being cut
- it is recommended to use larger fed at smaller cutting depth
- in the primary machinning phase, before the milling cutter reaches
the full cutting depth, it is recommended to use a decreased feed.
